Hedda Sharapan recently celebrated her 41st year with Family Communications, Inc, (FCI), the small nonprofit company that Fred Rogers founded. She’s been at FCI since the very beginning of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, and has served in director and producer roles. 

Having worked with viewers over the years, she’s well aware of the wide age  
range of people—including teens and teachers—who found powerful messages in Mister Rogers’ approach. Continuing to carry on his legacy, Hedda’s work includes writing for articles and books as well as developing websites and training materials. As “ambassador on the road” for the Neighborhood, she is a highly sought-after speaker who brings warmth, humor and humanness to her presentations. Grounded in Child Development, she connects the insight she’s gained over the years working closely with Fred Rogers, with behind-the-scenes stories and treasured video segments.

Dave will speak about the true meaning of Servant Leadership; the core of the Festival Food’s culture. He 4 years old when his parents bought their first grocery store in 1946. Dave is now the chairman of 12 Festival Foods store across Wisconsin.
